Operations Administrator - Middle & Senior School

The College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Middle & Senior School (Year 7-12). This pivotal role ensures smooth coordination of timetabling, academic reporting, teacher relief (covers), and key school events, contributing to the success of our students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily teacher relief and maintaining cover schedules
- Coordinate academic reporting processes and timelines
- Maintaining timetables and subject changes across Edval and TASS
- Supporting SET planning and QCAA compliance
- Assisting with key events and awards administration.
This role requires an early morning start to maintain teacher covers and offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a Christ-centred school environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using school systems (e.g., TASS, Edval)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a team
- Professional manner and presentation at all times
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Blue Card
- Previous experience in school administration or similar role (desirable).
