Key dates for 2026

Term 1 starts on Tuesday 27 January for:

  • Prep to Year 7 and Years 11-12
  • New BCC students in Years 8-12

All other students (Years 8-10) begin Term 1 on Wednesday 28 January.

Junior School Classroom Connect

Friday 23 January from 9 am to 1 pm

Classroom Connect is when Junior School students (Prep to Year 6) and their families can visit their new classroom, meet their teacher and drop off their books and stationery. It is also ok for books and stationery to be brought with students on the first day of school.

Middle and Senior School students can bring their books/equipment to school as per their timetable, which will be provided in the new year.

Community prayer walk 

Friday 23 January from 2:15 to 3pm

All members of our BCC community (students, staff, parents, grandparents, friends of BCC) are invited to commit the 2026 year to the Lord in prayer. Meet at 2:15 pm in the BCC Hall for a time of community prayer.

Yearbooks and calendars

The printed 2025 BCC Yearbook and 2026 Term Calendar will be provided to Junior School families at Classroom Connect. Middle and Senior School students, plus any Junior School students who were unable to attend Classroom Connect, will receive their printed yearbook and calendar in the first week of Term 1. 

2025 Year 12 graduates are invited to collect their yearbook from our Main Reception during January 2026. If this will not be possible, please contact our office.

Friday 21 November - closed from 9 - 11 am for Year 12 Graduation

Friday 12 December - closed 

Monday 15 December to Friday 19 December - open from 8:30 am to 3 pm

Monday 22 December 2025 to Friday 9 January 2026 - closed

Monday 12 January to Friday 16 January - open from 8:30 am to 3 pm

19 January 2026 onwards - open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday- Friday

Stationery and booklists

Students are required to supply stationery as per their year-level lists:

Stationery can be purchased from any store, but the items must meet the required specifications. 

Our 2026 lists have been provided to AASTAT Office National Bundaberg, Chippindall's Office Choice Bundaberg and Officeworks (online only) who all provide a packing service. Please check with each individual store regarding cut-off dates and requirements. 

BCC uniform 

At BCC, we wear our uniform with pride! 

Our uniform supplier is Shawline Embroidery and the friendly team will be able to assist you in purchasing the correct BCC uniform, as per our uniform policy. 

Please refer to our BCC Uniform Policy for all information regarding uniform requirements.

Secondhand uniforms can be purchased online or in person from the Secondhand Uniform Shop. Don't forget to take advantage of our uniform buy-back and be reimbursed for pre-loved uniforms. Check our website for opening hours.

BCC school bags

The BCC school bag is compulsory and can be purchased from our Main Reception or the Second-hand Uniform Shop.

House shirts

Each student at BCC is placed into a sporting house (Kirio, Bola or Fonu). Students are encouraged to wear their house shirt at inter-house sporting carnivals. Shirts can be purchased from our Main Reception or the Second-hand Uniform Shop.
