Hoof 'n' Hook Program - Year 7 to Year 12
Students who join this program develop confidence and gain skills in relating to people by learning to value, listen and respond to others in the beef industry. This can lead to exciting careers in this industry. The judging of cattle further develops the student’s observation, organisation and public speaking skills. In attending shows, students will rub shoulders with leaders in the beef industry. Past students of the College have been recognised by such leaders and have been sought out for judging and cattle handling work. Hoof 'n' Hook Sponsorship
Our award-winning Hoof 'n' Hook program continues to develop future leaders of Australia's beef and agriculture industry - with many past students sought for their skills and expertise.
To ensure the ongoing success of our program, the College is seeking sponsorship from partnering businesses in the Wide Bay Region. Sponsors are offered the opportunity to purchase weaner cattle (calves aged approximately 8-10 months) for use in the Hoof 'n' Hook program.
Sponsorship funds will also be used to purchase feed and equipment for further developing the program.
Please indicate below your preference of Sponsorship and an invoice will be forwarded to you for payment.
