Administration Officer - Extracurricular

Tenure: Part-Time, Term-Time (4 days/week)
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting student programs and events? Bundaberg Christian College is seeking an Administration Officer – Extracurricular to join our dedicated Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and values being part of a Christ-centred community.
As our Administration Officer – Extracurricular, you’ll provide essential administrative support for a wide range of extracurricular programs and activities, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across the College. Your responsibilities will include:
- Extracurricular Administration
Support key program leaders including Sports, GATEway, Instrumental Music, Hoof’n’Hook, Chaplaincy, and Library. Assist with College professional photos and sponsorship tasks. - Events & Excursions
Create events in TASS, manage risk management documentation, coordinate bookings, draft parent communications, and oversee event registrations. - General Support
Prepare forms and documents in Word and Canva, manage virtual debating bookings, order branded clothing, assist with sport carnival administration, and maintain SharePoint records.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring extracurricular activities run smoothly and contribute to the vibrant life of the College.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Blue Card.
