Administration Officer - Reception & Student Services

Bundaberg Christian College is seeking an Administration Officer – Reception & Student Services to join our dynamic Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and values being part of a Christ-centred community.
As our Administration Officer – Reception & Student Services, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for the College, ensuring smooth operations across reception and student services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception & Front Office Support
Act as the welcoming face of the College, handling phone and email enquiries, process payments, handle mail and deliveries, and assist with general office duties. - Attendance Management
Maintain daily attendance processes, liaise with teachers and parents, and prepare weekly attendance reports. - Student Services Assistance
Provide first aid, support student enquiries, assist with timetables and late slips, and maintain accurate records.
You’ll support the senior Reception and the Student Services staff, and work closely with the EA to Principal to deliver outstanding administrative support.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Blue Card.
