Understanding the Enrolment Process
Enrolling your child at a new school is a big decision. At Bundaberg Christian College, we're here to make the process simple and supportive, guiding you every step of the way.
Below is a summary of what you can expect, so we can help make the enrolment process as smooth at possible for you and your family.
We are currently accepting enrolment applications for 2026 and beyond. Limited places may exist for 2025.
Enrolment Process
1. Submit an Enquiry
Start by expressing your interest in Bundaberg Christian College. If you have any questions before completing the application form, simply submit an enrolment enquiry. You can also book a College tour at this stage to get a feel for our campus and community.
2. Apply Online
When you're ready, you can begin the online enrolment application. A non-refundable fee of $80 applies for the first child, and $60 for each sibling. Please note that some year levels may have application deadlines.
3. Attend an Interview
After you submit your application, our Enrolments Team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for a pre-enrolment interview. During the interview, you'll have the opportunity to meet with the Head of Junior or Senior School, learn more about life at BCC, and discuss how we can best support your child's learning journey.
4. Receive Your Outcome
Following your interview, we’ll be in touch to share the outcome of your application. You'll receive a formal response in writing, and our team will be available to answer any questions you may have.
5. Secure Your Place
If your application is successful, you’ll receive an offer of enrolment. Your child’s place will be confirmed once we receive your signed enrolment contract and the non-refundable acceptance fee of $250 per child (capped at $500 per family). We look forward to officially welcoming you to the BCC community!
6. Stay Connected
We’ll keep you updated with important information, including parent evenings, key dates, and helpful details to support a smooth and confident transition into the BCC community—for both you and your child.
