Bundaberg Christian College (BCC) is a flourishing, non-denominational Christian co-educational College offering quality education from Prep to Year 12 within a genuine Biblical framework. As our College community continues to grow, we are planning ahead for the expansion of teaching teams across both our Junior School (Prep – Year 6) and Middle/Senior School (Years 7 – 12).

Our 2025 Master Building Plan outlines a significant increase in class capacity across the College – and with that comes exciting opportunities for passionate educators to join our journey in 2026 and beyond.

We are now seeking expressions of interest from qualified and committed Christian educators who are passionate about shaping young lives through excellence in education and Christ-centred care.

Opportunities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Junior School Teachers (Prep to Year 6)
  • Middle and Senior School Teachers (Years 7–12) across a wide range of subject areas

Our Ideal Applicants Will:

  • Demonstrate an active Biblical faith consistent with the College’s Statement of Faith and currently expressed in a Christian Church
  • Uphold personal and professional conduct aligned with the College’s Christian ethos and values
  • Be passionate about inspiring students toward academic excellence, Christian character, and meaningful service
  • Possess current QCT registration (or be eligible to obtain before starting)
  • Be open to innovation in teaching practices, with a student-centred approach to learning
