Junior School Co-Curricular
The BCC Junior School calendar is filled with exciting activities to enrich each child’s education experience. All students, from Prep to Year 6 participate in:

Sport
BCC students participate in all interschool sporting events in the Bundaberg and Wide Bay area. BCC Junior School students have the opportunity to represent the College at many levels of competition, in a huge variety of sports. Our Year 4-6 children participate in the Bundaberg Primary Schools Interschool Sport competition. Many of our students choose to represent their school in sports such as hockey, tennis, table tennis, surf lifesaving, chess and swimming at a local and regional level. Others choose to join the Sports Development Academy and receive higher level coaching and pursue their passion to higher levels. BCC Junior School students have won Australian Cross Country, Table Tennis, Athletics and Tae Kwon Do Championships.

Options Program
BCC believes each child should have the chance to experience a variety of learning opportunities outside the classroom. The Options Program offers:

Agricultural Farm
At times BCC Junior School students access the College Ag Farm as part of their Science program. Students grow crops, study plants and insects, and participate in other horticulture disciplines in a real-life setting.
