Role Overview
The Finance Assistant – Payroll provides essential support to the College’s payroll operations, with a focus on transactional processing, data accuracy and first‑line query resolution. Working under the direction of the Finance Officer – Payroll, the role assists with fortnightly payroll preparation, staff data entry, leave and deduction processing, routine reconciliations, and the generation of standard payroll reports.
This position sits within the College’s Finance Department and contributes to the smooth running of core finance functions. The successful applicant will display high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and a willingness to serve as part of a collaborative and fast‑paced team.
