With a strong reputation for excellence, our Hoof ‘n’ Hook students are highly sought after, with many securing exciting career opportunities in the agriculture and beef industry.
Available to students in Year 7 and above, our award-winning Hoof ‘n’ Hook program teaches students how to train, groom and show cattle. Students practice live cattle evaluation and learn how to present judgements to a live audience.
On-site agricultural farm
Based at our campus agriculture precinct and guided by experienced agricultural staff, participants gain practical skills while building confidence, teamwork, and determination.
Regional competitions
A highlight of the Hoof ‘n’ Hook program is competing at regional shows, where BCC students are highly regarded, earning multiple awards and forging valuable industry connections.
