Our People

At Bundaberg Christian College, we are truly blessed with dedicated, professional and passionate staff who genuinely care about achieving the best outcomes for our students.

We employ over 200 staff who work as classroom teachers, early learning educators, student support, coaches, music tutors, grounds staff and our administration hub. Each staff member shares a sense of calling to the vision and mission of Bundaberg Christian College. All of our staff members have a personal Christian faith and represent a range of churches and denominations from across the Bundaberg region.

Our volunteer Board members bring diverse professional expertise and a shared passion for providing strong governance that enables our College to thrive.
