'Having the opportunity to enhance my skills and be a part of Bundaberg Christian College's team of teachers, working toward a common goal, is very exciting for me in the upcoming school year. My classroom vision is to see students enjoy learning and find things they are truly passionate about. Viewing each student through the lens of Christ is an important value to me as a teacher. My goal is to make sure that each of my students feels loved, valued, and welcomed in my classroom. I look forward to teaching in a school where a Christian worldview can be acclaimed and where students are encouraged to use their gifts to serve the Lord as they learn and grow.'

'Greetings Bundaberg Christian College community. My name is Steven Taggart and I am very excited for this opportunity commencing in 2022. I have lived in Bundaberg all my life and with my wife Selina and have been blessed to raise three girls who all attended the College for their senior schooling. We have a high regard for the College and the way it supported, encouraged and educated our daughters through biblical foundations, so to be able to come and be a part of the staff is an amazing opportunity. I love being outdoors and enjoy camping or hiking with family and friends, being on the water in some form (water skiing preferred), and either riding motorbikes or out cycling with friends. I have a constructive nature and enjoy building things, fixing things and see value in passing on skills to others so they can feel creative as well. I am very excited to continue supporting students in my new role at the College. I look forward to meeting you all in 2022 so please come and say Hi.'
