Several of the 2016 student graduates from Bundaberg Christian College have recently received excellent results in their OP (Overall Position) tertiary ranking scores.

Jessie Edwards received an OP score of 1, Juliana Chuey received an OP2, and Courtney McKim  and Riley Castelli both scored an OP4 – some of the highest tertiary entrance results in Queensland.

Mr Paul Sterling, Principal of Bundaberg Christian College, said that the College was extremely proud of the achievements of their graduates.

“These were just some of the many fantastic results from our graduating class of 2016.  We have heard many stories of our recent graduates securing work in and around the Bundaberg region.

“We wish all our BCC graduates well for the year ahead.”

Jessie Edwards is planning to study Medicine, and has already had interviews with James Cook University, the University of Queensland, and the University of Newcastle.

“I’d like to thank my teachers at Bundaberg Christian College for their dedication and hard work in helping me achieve my results,” Ms Edwards said.

Juliana Chuey aims to study Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland.

Courtney McKim will study a Bachelor of Education, with plans to become a Primary School teacher.
