Enrolling at Bundaberg Christian College is the first step on your child’s journey to growth, learning, and faith. We guide every student to flourish academically, spiritually, and personally.
Starting Your Child’s Journey
Our enrolment process is designed to set your child on the right path for their future. At BCC, we nurture character, faith, and confidence while providing a high-quality Christian education. From the very first step, we support students to reach their God-given potential in every area of life.
Enrolment process
Step 1. Submit an Enquiry
Begin by expressing your interest in Bundaberg Christian College.If you have any questions before applying, you are welcome to submit an enrolment enquiry, and a member of our Enrolments Team will be in touch to assist you and guide you through the next steps. At this stage, families may also book a College tour to experience our campus, community and learning environment firsthand.
Step 2. Apply Online
When you’re ready, complete the online enrolment application for each student.
A non-refundable application fee applies
- $80 for the first child
- $60 for each sibling
Please note that application deadlines may apply for some year levels.
To complete your application, you will need digital copies of the following documents:
Required documents
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Passport, Visa (if applicable) and/or Proof of Australian Citizenship
- School reports from the past two semesters
- NAPLAN results from the most recent testing
- Any Court Orders or documents relating to parental guardianship, custody or living arrangements
Additional documents (if applicable)
- Reports or assessments from psychologists, speech pathologists or other allied health professionals
- Individual Education Plans or similar documentation
- Behavioural support or management plans
Step 3. Attend an Interview
After your application has been submitted, our Enrolments Team will contact you to arrange a pre-enrolment interview with a member of our Executive Leadership Team.
This interview provides an opportunity to
- Learn more about life at BCC
- Discuss how we can best support your child’s learning journey
Please note:
Original Birth Certificates and any relevant medical documentation will be sighted during the enrolment interview.
Step 4. Receive Your Outcome
Following your interview, we’ll be in touch to share the outcome of your application. You’ll receive a formal response in writing, and our team will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Step 5. Secure Your Place
If your application is successful, you’ll receive an offer of enrolment. Your child’s place will be confirmed once we receive:
- Your signed enrolment contract
- The non-refundable acceptance fee of $250 per child is paid (capped at $500 per family)
Our team will be available to assist with any questions throughout this process.
Step 6. Stay Connected
We’ll keep you updated with important information, including parent evenings, key dates, and helpful details to support a smooth and confident transition into the BCC community – for both you and your child.
