Junior School Chaplain

We are seeking a passionate, innovative and fun-loving individual to join our Student Wellbeing Team in the Junior School. The Junior School Chaplain is directly responsible to the Head of Junior School for providing wellbeing support and spiritual care for students in the Junior School. In collaboration with staff, including the Student Wellbeing Team, the Chaplain will provide pastoral care services and strategies that support the wellbeing of students. The Chaplain reinforces our College values of ‘respect, integrity, servanthood and excellence’. The Chaplain’s role is integral to the delivery of our Junior School curriculum wherever possible, particularly in our Christian Living programs and initiatives.

Commence: January 2022.

Tenure: 3 days/week (22.5 hours), Term-Time.

Applicants who demonstrate an active Biblical faith that aligns with the College's Statement of Faith, currently being expressed in a Christian Church, are invited to apply. Applicants must also demonstrate a lifestyle that aligns with the College's religious beliefs, as well as demonstrate an ability to inspire students to embrace high standards of Christian character, scholarship and diligence.
